New Job

Hello Phillip. Just to let you know, today I landed the dream job I’ve been telling you about. I’m Chancellor of the Exchequer! I’ve been made in charge of all the money in the world. Unfortunately, my boss David told me that the man who had the job before me cocked it up a bit and got England into some debt. It’s OK though, tomorrow I’m going to go to the bank and tell them it was a mistake what that Alistair did and ask them to let me off the money we owe them. First things first though, I’ve got to find out what this ‘Exchequer’ is. David didn’t know but I have a sneaky suspicion it’s something to do with the big Red breifcase on my desk…
